Refinance or Renovate For Customers Wanting to Refinance or Renovate Investment Properties Already Owned Commercial Application – Please complete all information requested How much do you need to finance & what repayment terms are desirable? Corporate Financial Statements or Corporate Tax Returns, for the last 3 years Interim Financial Statement (if it has been ninety (90) days since the last financial statements or tax returns) Personal Financial Statement of Principal(s) Personal Tax Returns of Principal(s), for the last 3 years Rent Roll for Non-Owner-Occupied Buildings including Tenant Listing, Lease Term and Rent Information Copy of old Appraisal (if available) and/or a copy of the Current Tax Bill Photographs of Subject Property are required	Download Checklist
Purchase Investment Property For Customers Wanting to Purchase an Investment Property Commercial Application – Please complete all information requested How much do you need to finance & what repayment terms are desirable?
